First offender forgot she had lock knife with her at Falkirk Sheriff Court

A woman who was found to by carrying a lock knife with her at Falkirk Sheriff Court did not turn up on Thursday for her latest appearance.

Morag Fowler (54) pleaded guilty to possessing an offensive weapon at the court back on September 18, 2019.

In her absence on Thursday it was stated the first offender had simply forgot she was carrying the blade in her pocket.

Sheriff Derek Livingston noted the fact Fowler, White Chalet, Church Road, Redding, had no previous convictions and admonished her.
