Falkirk teen to learn punishment after breaching order

A Falkirk teenager will soon discover his punishment after he breached a restriction of liberty order.

Darren Dennett, 19, was ordered to remain home from 7:00pm-7:00am each day when he was granted bail on July 7, 2020.

Dennett, 118 Comely Place, breached the condition on December 10.

At Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday, his defence solicitor said Dennett’s now living in supported accommodation.

The court was told he has an outstanding potential breach matter from January 5, 2021.

Sentence was deferred until April 7 for other matters calling.
