Vivianne Cummings (51), 40 Hawley Road, Falkirk, admitted the theft she committed at Debenhams, in Falkirk’s Howgate Shopping Centre, on January 21 last year.

Instead of issuing an arrest warrant, Sheriff Derek Livingston decided to allow Cummings’ structured deferred sentence to continue for another three months to July 29 and ordered her to be of good behaviour.
