Falkirk shoplifter fails to show up at court following brother's death
Diane Graham (34) failed to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday, having pleaded guilty to stealing a quantity of alcohol from Asda, Hallam Road, Stenhousemuir on April 1, 2020.

Defence solicitor Stephen Biggam told the court Graham’s brother had died the night before and that was why she was not present.
Sheriff Craig Harris deferred sentence until June 23 for a structure deferred sentence report.
Last year the court heard Graham, 42 Hawley Road, Falkirk, was not present at court because she had just started rehab.
