Falkirk sheriff issues warrant to 'get Gutu'
An offender who threatened people while in possession of a tool and an item of sports equipment did not turn up for his court appearance.

Ioan Gutu (40) failed to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening manner – making violent threats while in possession of a hammer and a golf club – at an address in Victoria Road, Falkirk on November 2, 2021.
Sheriff Christopher Shead issued an arrest warrant for Gutu, Flat 4/2 Castings Hostel, Castings Avenue, Falkirk.
