Falkirk Sheriff Court gives offender three months to stay out of trouble

James Wilson (37) appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Thursday having pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening manner at an address in Kersiebank Avenue, Grangemouth on October 23, last year and in Little Denny Road, Denny, on November 8, 2019.

The court heard Wilson had been of good behaviour since committing these offences and had not been drinking alcohol.

Sheriff Derek Livinston placed Wilson, 3 County Cottages, Elgin, on a structured deferred sentence for three months to October 21 with the condition he attend alcohol services.
