Falkirk man found with class A and B drugs
A 54-year-old man who was found with drugs in his possession had his sentence deferred at Falkirk Sheriff Court.
James Forsyth (54), Argyll Avenue, Falkirk, admitted having diamorphine and cannabis on September 20, 2018.
Sheriff Derek Livingston deferred sentence until September 26 for the preparation of reports.
