Falkirk Crime: Update on Bute Street incident
Police have issued a follow up following an incident close to Falkirk town centre last week.
They said a 49-year-old man’s been charged in relation to a serious assault in Bute Street on Monday, June 13, while a 31-year-old man has also been arrested in connection with the incident.The 49-year-old man is due to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court tomorrow (Monday).
Police had previously appealed for witnesses after an incident which took place around 10.30pm. A 48-year-old man was taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital for treatment.
