At Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday he was placed on a community order and told to complete 32 hours of unpaid work in three months for his abusive behaviour.
His lawyer said Martin, Flat B, 93 Corbiehall, Bo’ness, was “extremely intoxicated” at the time.
