Officers stopped a car just before midnight on Saturday in Grangemouth and found a quantity of cannabis following a search of the driver and the other occupants.
The driver also had no insurance or road tax and the vehicle was subsequently seized.
A 31-year-old man has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal for alleged drug and driving offences.
