Drove car in Tamfourhill without licence or road tax

Despite appearing at Falkirk Sheriff Court without legal representation a motoring offender still managed to wangle some extra time to complete his community punishment.

The deadline for his subsequent community punishment was February 2020, so Sheriff Derek Livingston allowed the order to be extended by three months to allow Russell, 21 Primrose Crescent, Motherwell, to complete it.

Russell did not have a solicitor when he turned up at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Thursday
