Drink-driver who was almost four times over limit in Falkirk set to learn punishment
A drink-driver who was caught almost four times over the legal limit in Falkirk should soon discover his punishment.
James McGurk, 40, drove in Grahams Road on January 24, 2019 while he had 80 microgrammes of alcohol in his breath – exceeding the 22mcg in 100 millilitres of breath legal limit.
McGurk, of 4 Newpark Crescent, Stirling, appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court yesterday (Thursday).
As a report remained unavailable, Sheriff Derek Livingston continued the matter until May 27 and requested a restriction of liberty order assessment for McGurk.
