Denny man who produced cannabis jailed for breaching court order

An offender who produced cannabis at his home was jailed at Falkirk Sheriff Court yesterday for failing to turn up for his social work appointments.

Appearing at Falkirk Sheriff Court yesterday, Paul Robinson (42) admitted producing cannabis at his 40 Overton Crescent, Denny home on August 14, 2018.

The court heard Robinson had lost the letter for his social work appointment and then failed to attend.

Sheriff Derek Hamilton observed Robinson’s record for breaching court orders and remanded him in custody until November 12 to obtain a report.
