Denny dad commits his ninth domestic abuse offence
John Ferguson (41) admitted committing his ninth domestic abuse offence when he behaved in a threatening manner towards his wife and 18-year-old daughter in Little Denny Road, Denny on October 28 last year.

Ferguson was placed on a two-year supervised community payback order, given 135 hours unpaid work to do within six months and told to complete the Caledonian domestic abuse programme.
