Deferred sentence for Falkirk man following ‘threatening’ incident

A Falkirk man who behaved in a threatening manner had his sentence deferred until September 19 for him to be of good behaviour.

Scott Robertson (37) of Bantaskine Street, Falkirk admitted behaving in a threatening manner by attending a house in Kersiebank Avenue, Grangemouth, banging on the front door, causing damage, shouting and swearing and demanding entry on March 16, 2019.
