Curfew for Bainsford woman who stole Buckfast
Kelly Anne Newman (39) appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having admitted stealing a bottle of Buckfast from Castleton Mini Market, Castleton Crescent, Grangemouth on March 4 last year.

The court heard Newman was now pregnant and was currently subject to a restriction of liberty order due to expire soon.
Sheriff Christopher Shead placed Newman, 103 Gairdoch Street, Bainsford, on another restriction of liberty order meaning she has to stay in her home between the hours of 7pm and 7am each day for the next three months.
