Chancer said he had no cash to get to Falkirk Sheriff Court
Connor McGowan failed to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Thursday because he supposedly did not have enough money to travel to Camelon.

The court heard McGowan (26), 1 Mansion Court, Cambuslang, was due to appear to answer for sending messages of a threatening and abusive nature from Wallace Street, Falkirk, which caused his ex partner fear and alarm between October 10 and October 12 last year.
Sheriff Derek Livingston said McGowan had a history of failing to attend court and issued a warrant for his arrest.
