Carron man stole sportswear

A 29-year-old man stole clothing from a sports shop at Falkirk Central Retail Park.

John McGarry, 144 Carronshore Road, Carron, admitted the theft of a £40 blue Adidas top from Sports Direct on December 21 last year.

Appearing from custody at Falkirk Sheriff Court last week, McGarry got a two-year supervised community payback order.
