Carron COVID-19 resident pumped up the volume to breach her ASBO

An offender who ignored her anti-social behaviour order by playing loud music failed to turn up at court after testing positive for coronavirus.

Rachel Gray (22) may not have been at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Thursday, but she previously pleaded guilty to breaching her order at her 61 Burnside Terrace, Carron home on February 5.

Gray had been made subject to the ASBO back on December 20 last year.

Sheriff Derek Livingston adjourned the case until April 22 for reports and a restriction of liberty order assessment.
