Careless Camelon driver crashed brother's car

Adam Marshall (21) appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court yesterday having pled guilty to careless driving in Grange Avenue, Falkirk on December 27 last year.

Sheriff Derek Hamilton showed his annoyance over the Crown Office failing to ascertain the cost of the damage caused by Marshall.

“The Crown has been asked to get the information and the Crown does nothing about it,” he said.

He deferred sentence on Marshall, 129 Carmuirs Avenue, Camelon, until January 7 to find out the cost of the damage for a potential compensation order.

Marshall appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court this week only to have his sentence deferred yet again for the second time in two weeks
