Procurator fiscal depute Nhabeela Rahmatullah said Marshall, 129 Carmuirs Avenue, Camelon, smashed into a parked car leaving his brother’s vehicle with “two large dents”.

Simon Hutchison, defence solicitor, said Marshall was currently working his way through a community payback order to complete 130 hours unpaid work.

Sheriff Christopher Shead deferred sentence until November 26 to find out the value of damage caused.
