Andrew York, 19, 182 Glasgow Road, acted with two other men when he pursued a vehicle being driven by a man, made offensive gestures, exited the vehicle and brandished an unknown implement before attempting to gain entry.
The offences took place in Stirling Road, Glasgow Road, Hamilton Street and Mansionhouse Road, all Camelon, on February 16.
York appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday.
Defence solicitor Lynn Swann said: “The report still isn’t available. He tried to contact the social worker.
“He was late. There was no answer.”
Sheriff Derek Livingston asked: “This was his second opportunity.”
Ms Swann said the implement was found in her client’s pocket during a police search.
Regarding the social work appointment, Sheriff Livingston asked her: “How late was your client?”
The solicitor replied: “Regrettably he can’t remember.”
York was remanded in custody. The case was continued until May 27.
