Janey Baillie (45), 126 Glasgow Road, Camelon, failed to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court yesterday – despite only living a short distance down the road from the court people.
Her defence solicitor John Mulholland apologised to the court and stated he had not seen her at all that day.
Baillie had previously pleaded guilty to the thefts she committed at TK Maxx, The Range and Next on March 13 last year, stealing items including clothing, fragrance and shoes.
