Camelon nuisance breached her ASBO three times in a month
Tina Hatton appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having pleaded guilty to breaching her Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO) on three separate occasions

The charges stated she was shouting, screaming, banging and being noisy at her 141 Carmuirs Avenue, Camelon home on March 24, March 30 and April 21.
Sheriff Christopher Shead said: “These are serious matters for her neighbours.”
He placed Hatton on a structured deferred sentence for six months to December 8 and asked for a supplementary criminal justice social work report.
