David Johnstone (42), 3 Laurelbank Avenue, Bonnybridge, admitted conducting himself in a disorderly manner by shouting and swearing and committing a breach of the peace at Falkirk Sheriff Court on October 24, 2019.
He was made subject to an 80-day restriction of liberty order.
