Bo’ness man to have his liberty restricted after breaching ASBO

A Bo’ness man will have his liberty restricted after he breached an anti-social behaviour order (ASBO).

Robin Islam (43), 108d Bridgeness Road, Bo’ness, has pled guilty to flouting the ASBO by behaving in a noisy manner on August 12.

Sheriff Derek Livingston deferred sentence until January 16 for a restriction of liberty order assessment and a report.
