Bannockburn woman makes promise to sheriff at Falkirk court
An offender who failed to attend her court social work appointment has been given one final chance.
Veronia Logan (51), who had pleaded guilty to possessing a pair of scissors in public at Falkirk Police Station on January 11, had no criminal justice social work report available when she appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday because she failed to attend her appointment.
Sheriff Derek Livingston continued the case until August 19.
Logan, 22 Dougles Street, Bannockburn, promised the sheriff she would attend her appointment.
