Banknock man Delacruz jailed for sex ruse which caused extreme pain for his two victims

A man with no penis fooled and badly hurt two women when he used an 'unknown object' while having sexual intercourse with them.

The two victims said they had no idea Carlos Delacruz (35), of Banknock, had no male member and had been using some kind of substitute when they got intimate with him.

Delacruz appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court today having pled guilty to having sex with one woman between May 2013 aand January 2016 and with the other woman between August 2016 and May 2017 with an unknown object without their consent.

The court heard Delacruz, a Spanish national, had been born a girl, but when he was eight or nine years of age began to have a male physical appearance. He has been called Carlos from the age of 16 and is now legally declared male.

The court had heard Delacruz said to the women he was very self-conscious of his body and always changed in another room. In the bedroom, the lights were always off and Delacruz held onto, what the women thought was his penis, with his hand.

The women said they had never seen his penis and had only touched it through his clothing. Both said intercourse had been extremely painful.

He was said to have used a prosthetic penis during the sexual acts.

Delacruz was jailed for three years, placed on the Sex Offenders Register indefinitely and made subject to a non-harassment order not to contact the women for five years
