Andrew Curran (33), a carpet fitter and delivery driver, appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Thursday having admitted being concerned in the supply of class B amphetamines at an address in Buchananan Court, Carron, Falkirk on June 11.
Procurator fiscal depute Sarah Smith said: “Police received intelligence the accused was concerned in the supply of controlled drugs and a drugs warrant was granted for his address.

A number of pairs of white latex gloves were also found in the kitchen along with two sets of scales in a cupboard with traces of a brown substance.
“The accused told police the substance was speed. He said it did not belong to him, but he was aware it was in his property – that was the extent of his involvement in the supply chain.”
The court heard the 1.1 kilos of amphetamine recovered had a maximum street value of £4680.
Kevin Fowler, defence solicitor, said: “He was allowing his uncle to use the house – that was his involvement.”
