Bainsford resident charged with firing pistol at fence

A man was arrested after he allegedly fired an air pistol at his garden fence.

The 48-year-old is said to have discharged the weapon in Carronside Street, Bainsford last Thursday afternoon.

The man was charged with culpable and reckless conduct and not having a proper certificate or permit for the pistol.
