Bainsford man not fit to drive when police stopped him in Falkirk
A 44-year-old was not in any fit state to get behind the wheel and drive when police stopped him in Grahams Road, Falkirk.
Grant Murdoch, 33 Johnston Court, Bainsford, admitted being unfit to drive through drink or drugs on December 10 last year.
Appearing at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday, his case was adjourned until May 17 to obtain reports.
