Bainsford man made violent threats to police

A man who made violent threats towards police will soon learn his fate after he missed a court appearance.

Michael Murray (51), 9 Cobblebrae Crescent, Bainsford, has admitted behaving threateningly at his home on September 2 last year by shouting, swearing, talking in an aggressive manner and uttering threats of violence towards officers.

He was due to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday.

The court was told Murray had finished a community payback order.

As a report was unavailable, sentence was deferred until December 17.
