Bailed but banned from hospital

A young woman who made life hell for A & E staff at Forth Valley Royal Hospital (FVRH) has now been banned from going there.

Alanah Donnelly (25), 23 Inchyra Place, Grangemouth, appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having admitted behaving in a threatening manner at the hospital on March 4.

Sheriff Craig Caldwell said: “There are existing orders which she is not engaging with and if she is going to persist in that there is an alternative.”

Sheriff Caldwell varied Donnelly’s bail conditions, preventing her from attending FVRH unless she had a medical emergency and deferred sentence on her to April 27 to allow her to engage with her community payback orders.
