Avonbridge man awaits his fate

An Avonbridge man will have to wait to hear the outcome of his case after it was adjourned for a criminal justice social work report and restriction of liberty order assessment to be completed.

Hill (24), 59 Bridgend Road, had previously pled guilty to attending the home of a former partner and behaving in an aggressive manner, shouting, swearing and uttering threats of violence and band and kick on a door in an attempt to force it open at an address in Arthurs Drive, Stenhousemuir on September 27 last year.

He also admitted stealing a motor vehicle from the address on the same date.

Last Thursday, Sheriff Derek Livingston adjourned the case at Falkirk Sheriff Court until March 19.
