Assault by teen in Falkirk made man collide with car
A teenager whose aggressive actions caused a man to collide with a car had his sentence deferred until October 17 for a restriction of liberty order assessment.
The accused, who cannot be named for legal reasons, assaulted the man by lunging at him and kicking him on December 12, 2018 in Grahams Road.
He also admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner.
