Daniel Waugh (20) appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having pleaded guilty to the assault and threatening behaviour offences he committed at Tesco, Colliery Road, Redding on February 15 last year.

No report was available, so Sheriff Derek Hamilton deferred sentence on Waugh, 5 Corbett Drive, Reddingmuirhead, until January 7 to get one.
