Arrest warrant for Falkirk court vandal

Police are now searching for an offender who smashed a window at Falkirk Sheriff Court then failed to turn up in front of a sheriff.

William Marshall (37) failed to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Thursday having pleaded guilty to recklessly destroying property in the Falkirk Sheriff Court building on July 13, 2020.

At previous appearances he missed the court heard Marshall, Flat 8, Springkerse House, Stirling, had been hospitalised after falling from a significant height.

Sheriff Craig Harris issued a warrant for his arrest.
