Arrest warrant granted for alleged Denny drug-driver

An arrest warrant has been granted for a man who allegedly drove while over the drug-drive limit.

Jordan Mitchell (24), 67 Ferguson Road, Denny, failed to show in court on Thursday.

He’s been charged with refusing to stop a vehicle in Stirling Street, Dunipace on December 30, 2019 when directed to do so by police.

Mitchell is also accused of driving in Denovan Road, Denny when the proportion of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol – a cannabinoid molecule in cannabis – in his blood was more than treble the 2 microgrammes limit.
