The circus is in town
There is a rare chance to get a look at what happens behind the scenes of the Big Top with Zippo's Circus this week.
Zippo’s is at Falkirk’s community stadium from today until Sunday and, as the circus is celebrating its 30th anniversary, there will be an open house event tomorrow (Wednesday) from 11am to noon.
“People often ask us how the show is organised, as well as where our wonderful horses live and how they’re trained and transported,” said circus founder and director Martin ‘Zippo’ Burton.

Hide AdHe added: “So we’re opening the doors and welcoming everyone in for a free look-round. Circus staff will be on hand to answer questions about every aspect.”
