Falkirk Vineyard Church which has been meeting in Polmont’s Greenpark Community Centre has agreed a deal to use the building with its first service planned for Sunday, August 28.

The church, which closed in 2013 when the congregation joined Falkirk Old and St Modan’s to form Falkirk’s Trinity Church, is now privately owned and operates under the banner of Erskine Community Halls.

Falkirk Vineyard Church pastor Andrew McNinch said: “Erskine Community Halls is a great venue for us. Everyone knows where it is, it’s a friendly environment and as our church grows has the ability to cater for that growth.

“We aim to provide a modern and contemporary form of Christian worship while still upholding the traditional principles of the Christian faith.”
