Carol said: “I love working for Bupa and having the added bonus of being able to work alongside my daughter makes my job even better.

“We spend so much time with the residents that we often forget just how lucky we are to work so closely together.

“I feel very fortunate to be able to see my daughter almost every day, and the residents often comment on how nice it is that we are so close.

‘‘I know many mums who don’t get to see their children quite as often as they would like, so it’s great to be able to catch up with Stephanie on a regular basis while we work.”
