Police Scotland received a report of the incident on Newmarket Street at the junction to Hope Street just before 10am and officers are now in attendance at the scene.
An ambulance was also dispatched to treat the three casualties.
The car which came to rest on its roof is a gray Renault Captur and the other vehicle involved was a black Ford Focus.
