Tai Chi Qigong is a gentle Chinese exercise system that can help improve your health and wellbeing whatever your age or fitness levels without damaging joints. There are bingo sessions every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7.30 p.m. Refreshements available for a small donation on Tuesday. Entertainment tomorrow Friday is from vocalist Stevie Waters with the show starting at 9.15 p.m.
Entertainment on Saturday is provided by Fraser’s Disco. There are pool and domino tournaments every Sunday from 2.30 p.m. Admission £1.
This takes place in Camelon Juniors Social Club on Saturday, June 27, featuring comedian Bert Allen and vocalist Tony Andrews. Tickets are £5 from the bar.
Events in the Tamfourhill Centre include: Monday - Kay klass dance at 4 p.m. and 4.45 p.m., Kickbox cardio fitness at 7-8 p.m.; Tuesday – Pop in for coffee and a chat from 1-3 p.m., Parent and toddler group from noon-2 p.m., Creative industries workshop from 5.30-7 p.m.; Wednesday – Junior youth club for P1-P3 at 5.45-6.45 p.m. and for P4-P7 from 7-8.30 p.m.; Thursday – Senior youth club for S1 upwards from 6.30-8.30 p.m.; Saturday – Enjoy-a-Ball at 9.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m.; Sunday - Jujitsu from 3.30-4.30 p.m.

Koffee Time meets today (Thursday) from 10 a.m. till noon. All welcome. Meetings for Sunday follow the normal pattern – Breaking of Bread at 10.30 a.m., Coffee Break at 11.30 a.m. and Bible Hour at 11.50 a.m. when expected speaker is Brian Greenough. On Tuesday we meet at 7.30 p.m. for prayer.
Classes held in the Camelon Centre include art classes, various fitness clases, including gym-based boxing training. The John O’Connor Funeral Director sponsored open pairs is full. Players please report for 9 a.m. as first section is on the green for 9.30 a.m. Grace will provide the kitchen for players to purchase breakfast and lunch. Well done to Mark Phillips on winning the Champion of Champions final at Laurieston last week. Also well done to our Eastern District fours winners who were Grant Williamson, Giles McCafferty, Jim Rowan and Skip John Phillips. Jack Kemp (Skip) and Jack Taylor were narrowly beaten in the pairs final.
