Thanks to everyone who came along to the June Independent Living Cafe in the Sensory Centre, Camelon. The ILA Cafe is open to anyone with an assessed need from social work and anyone with an interest in disability. The next ILA Cafe is today (Thursday) in the Forth Valley Sensory Centre, Camelon from 12.30-2 p.m. when we will be having a games afternoon. Come along and try your hand at some board games, have a chat and enjoy a light lunch meeting old friends and making new ones. Due to rising costs we are having to charge £2 per lunch. There are bingo sessions every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7.30 p.m. At Tuesday’s session refreshments are available for a small donation. Entertainment tomorrow (Friday) is vocalist Kay Francis.
Entertainment on Saturday is by Fraser’s Disco. There are pool and domino tournaments every Sunday from 3.30 p.m. Admission £1.
The weekly draw in aid of Camelon Juniors was won by Ann Buchanan who took the £50 consolation prize with the ticket sold at Tesco. This week’s jackpot will be £700.

Koffee Time meets from 10 a.m. till noon today (Thursday). You are very welcome to join us for a cuppa and chat. A Thought for the day will be offered. Some folk are giving ideas for summer holiday reading. Our preacher DV on Sunday at 11.50 a.m. is Ian Mundie who in his childhood lived in a home on our end of Glasgow Road. We always benefit from what he shares of his life-long experience of the goodness of God. On Tuesday evening we meet for prayer at 7.30 p.m.
