Keep Fit

A combined aerobics and toning class takes place every Wednesday in the Mariner Sports Centre from 7.45 to 9 p.m. For further information call Sheila on (01324) 634192 or 07859933877.

Camera Club

Meets every Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Scotia Room, Camelon Community Centre. All welcome.

Juniors Club

There are bingo sessions every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday starting at 7.30 p.m. On Tuesdays refreshments are available for a small donation. Entertainment tomorrow (Friday) is vocalist Susan Weir with the show starting at 9.15 p.m.

Mariner Bar

Entertainment on Saturday is provided by Alistair’s Disco. There are pool and domino tournaments every Sunday at 2.30 p.m. Admission £1.

Treasure Chest

The weekly draw in aid of Camelon Juniors FC saw Jeff Stewart take the £50 consolation prize. Next week’s jackpot will be £750.

Mariner Fundraiser

A Psychic Night will be held in Camelon Juniors Social Club on Monday to raise funds for Mariners Day. It starts at 7.30 p.m. and psychic Ann Clark will be present. Entry £5.

Tamfourhill Centre

Classes include: Monday – Kay Klass dance at 4 p.m. and 4.45 p.m., Kickbox cardio fitness class at 7 p.m.; Tuesday – pop in for coffee and a chat between 1-3 p.m., Parent and toddler group from noon-2 p.m., Creative industries workshop from 5.30 p.m.; Wednesday – Junior Youth Club for P1-P3 at 5.45 p.m. and P4-P7 at 7 p.m.; Thursday – Senior Youth Club for S1 onwards from 6.30 p.m.; Saturday – Enjoyable at 9.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m.; Sunday – Jujitsu at 3.30 p.m.

Entertainment on Saturday is vocalist Marilyn Childs.

Tai Chi

Relax, have fun and improve your health & wellbeing with Tai Chi Qigong. This is a gentle exercise system that improves flexibility, balance and feelings of wellbeing. Meet new people in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. All you need is comfortable clothing and flat shoes. Why not give it a try now come along and see us. Bethany Hall

Koffee Time meets today (Thursday) from 10 a.m. till noon. You are welcome to come along for tea and a chat. On Sunday the meetings follow our normal pattern and the Bible Teaching at 11.50 a.m. will be given by Robert Paterson from Grangemouth. That afternoon a group of Bethany folk will visit Dorrator Court for a short service at 2.30 p.m. We look forward to a return visit from those who have helped us in the past. Tuesday has the Carmuirs Primary Lunch Club and that evening our studies continue in Proverbs to be led this week by Neil MacDonald.
