Entertainment on Saturday is Fraser’s Disco. There are domino and pool competitions every Sunday starting at 3.30 p.m. Entry is £1 per person.

There are bingo sessions every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7.30 p.m. There are refreshments at the Tuesday session for a small donation. Entertainment tomorrow (Friday) is vocalist Billy Meredith.
The weekly Camelon Juniors draw was won by Alex Campbell, who won the jackpot prize of £950 with the ticket purchased at the social club. Next week’s jackpot will be £500.
Tomorrow (Friday), the senior Scottish Cup will be on show in the social club at 6 p.m. Come along and take photographs of your children and grandchildren with the cup.
The club are playing the second leg of the semi-final of the Junior Scottish Cup at Glen Afton this Sunday. Anyone wishing to travel on the bus should contact Robert McTaggart at the social club on (01324) 638060. A deposit is required.
Camelon Juniors 02s are holding trails this Saturday at Carmuirs Park. Any boys born in 2002 who would like a trial should attend.
The pouring rain failed to put a dampener on our green opening last Sunday. Ian Stewart delivered the first jack to a rousing applause. The ‘Bunnet night’ begins next Wednesday, April 23 at 6.30 p.m. and all are welcome. The Gent’s ties and friendly fixtures are all on the notice board. A huge thanks to Betty McQueen and her team of ladies in making the prize bingo last week, the best ever. Jim Marshall did a great job as the bingo caller.
Koffee Time meets today on Maundy Thursday – the day when Jesus gave to his friends a new commandment to love one another. You are welcome to join with us from 10 a.m. till noon. Folk from Bethany look to take the opportunity to meet with others tomorrow on Good Friday – a variety of services will be held in the town. On Easter Sunday we meet for the Breaking of Bread at 10.30 a.m. and our Easter service which will include the children is at 11.50 a.m. when our speaker is John Muirhead. At 11.30 a.m. we meet for refreshments. We expect some visitors to join us and people of all ages are welcome to share this celebration of Jesus alive from the dead. On Monday we have Koffee Time Extra in Bethany from 2-3.30 p.m. and again you are welcome to be with us. It being the last day before school returns we will welcome the young and the not so young together. The After School Club at Carmuirs is on holiday on Tuesday as is our Tuesday meeting in Bethany.
