Organisers have voted Falkirk Business Day a success with a 35 per cent increase in registrations.
Last week’s event in Falkirk Town Hall offered a programme of workshops, as well as providing a showcase for the business and industry developments across the district.
Building on the previous popular business exhibition, main attractions proved to be new initiatives Digital Falkirk and the Leadership Hub.
Over 200 people registered for the digital sessions which offered a programme of masterclasses covering topics such as social media, online security and how to successfully promote a business and products online.
The event also provided network opportunities to meet existing and new companies.
Councillor Dennis Goldie, Falkirk Council’s economic development spokesman, said: “Developing our exhibition into Falkirk Business Day has hit the right note, with a packed agenda that aimed to inspire delegates to be better business leaders and encourage collaboration that will help fuel the local economy.”
