A HIGH School pupil is itchin' to get in the kitchen to take on the best young chefs in Scotland next month.
Erin Drummond, of Grangemouth High, won the Forth Valley Future
Chef Competition at Forth Valley College on January 18, and is now gearing up for the Scottish regional final in Glasgow on Tuesday,
S2 pupil Erin(13),of Fraser Place, Grangemouth, admits she could not have made it through to the Scottish final without the help of the men
from Aramark, executive chef Eddie Ward and head chef David Mitchell.
The chefs are part of the highly talented kitchen team which caters to staff at petrochemcial giant Ineos.
Erin said: "I've always wanted to go into the hospitality industry and
love cooking things. Dave and Eddie have been my mentors all the way, giving me tips on what I can do to make my dishes better."
