Falkirk’s first pop up restaurant will be at One Princes Street next week.
Meat-in-Point, a gourmet burger restaurant, will serve burgers, pulled pork and fries from Wednesday February 4 to Friday, February 6, alongside the cocktails the venue is famous for.
The business is the latest from entrepreneurs Scott Henderson and Malcolm Binnie, managing director of Townhouse Restaurants which owns the Wheelhouse.
Scott said: “Pop up restaurants are huge in the cities and we are keen to bring that to Falkirk.
“One Princes Street will be our first location. But we have a few ideas up our sleeves for where to go next, the options are endless.
“Everyone loves a burger, and we are offering quality handmade burgers with unusual toppings and gourmet fries.”
John Hamilton, co-owner of One Princes Street, said: “We were really chuffed when Meat-in-Point asked to use One Princes Street and I think it will bring something new to the dining scene.
“Gourmet burgers are huge just now, with big restaurants in Glasgow and Edinburgh, so I think the concept will go down really well.”
Meat-in-Point at One Princes Street will be open from noon to 9 p.m. from February 4-6 with veggie options available.
