Parish Church

A warm welcome is extended to everyone to join the Sunday worship at 11 a.m. at Bonnybridge St Helen’s. Prayer time is open to all and is held in the Vestry from 10.30-10.45 a.m. Sunday School and Youth Group meets in the church hall at 10.50 a.m. prior to the morning service. Good Companions meet in the hall tomorrow (Friday) at 7 p.m. Tuesday morning group meet in the hall for tea and coffee from 10 a.m. with a short service at 11 a.m. The church choir meet in the hall at 6 p.m. on Friday, February 6.

Masonic News

There was a good turnout at the emergency meeting held in Lodge Dolphin on January 22 when two candidates received the first degree by RWM brother William Davidson and his team from Lodge Callendar No. 588. The next meeting will be a second degree by office-bearers of Lodge Dolphin at 7.30 p.m. on Thursday, February 5.

Over-50s Forum

The local meeting of the Make It Happen Forum for the over-50s will be held in Bonnybridge Community Centre on Monday (February 2) from 10.30 a.m.-12.30 p.m. The forum is a great way for over-50s to meet new people, get involved and discuss ideas and concerns and to have a real voice in the community. This month we have speakers from First Bus and Falkirk Council who will be discussing transport and bus services in the local area. Please come along to hear what is happening. You’ll receive a warm welcome with tea/coffee provided.

Braveheart Walks

Friendly Bonnybridge walkers leave from the Royal Hotel at 10.30 a.m. every Wednesday. Choose from an hour walk or a slower 30 minute walk amongst many marvelous paths. Come along and meet our Walk Leaders and some welcoming faces, where you can enjoy a chat over tea and cake in the cafe afterwords. For more information please call 01324 673703.
